Digital Citizens are refered to as a person that can utilize information technology to engage with society,politics and government.  This person develop skills to effectivily use the internet to communicate with the world and others. This is becoming a more important part of education because of the increased access to digital resources in the classrooms. It is also important for students and teachers to be good digital citizens. They must always remeber that they are responsible for their own actions.
